The Goal
This project combines research and game development to examine how players respond when creative work is presented with different levels of AI disclosure. Through a playable prototype, the project invites audiences to engage directly with the question instead of only reading about it.
About the Project
-
This capstone explores how disclosure of AI use in the creative process affects audience perception in digital media, with a specific focus on video games. Instead of presenting the topic only through written research, the project takes the form of an interactive prototype that allows users to engage with the question through play.
-
At the center of the project is a key research question: how does disclosing the use of AI influence perceived trust, authenticity, and creative value? As AI tools become more common in creative workflows, that question becomes increasingly important for both creators and audiences.
-
The playable prototype is designed to translate that research into an interactive experience. By moving through the project firsthand, players are not just told about disclosure. They experience how presentation, framing, and context can shape their interpretation of creative work in real time.

Gameplay Trailer
This gameplay demo showcases the current prototype and gives a closer look at how the project functions in practice. It highlights the environment, player interaction, and overall flow of the experience while showing how the capstone’s research is being translated into an interactive format.
Submit Your Score
If you completed the prototype, you can submit your score or result below or through Google Forms. This helps capture player outcomes and supports the broader capstone project by documenting how users moved through the experience.
